     Andrea and Sharlene did an excellent job for us.  When we first came to Andrea in April 2005 through a referral from our L.A. Coldwell Banker agent, we had just fired another agent for being nonresponsive.  We had watched several good houses quickly get snapped up in a hot market.  Consequently, we were anxious with a new agent.  Those concerns were quickly alleviated.  Andrea and Sharlene were extremely responsive and checked out new homes quickly for us.  Our parameters were pretty narrow so their work was cut out for them.  Never fear, Andrea and Sharlene were there for us.  We found a house that we love.  Sharlene was on top of it the day it hit the market.  After a bidding war, we won and get to live happily ever after.  We have Andrea and Sharlene to thank for that.
